At the age of 33, I invested in a new laptop, a set of business cards and rented a small office. I had one (very small) client. That single decision led me to the business I’m running today. I’ve been able to support myself and my children for the last 20 years and do it in my own way. Today you can find me bouncing between my home office and my real office and spending my time enjoying my friends, my family, my work and my team. Oh and steak night at our local pub.

I love reading and am part of a Book Club with a group of amazing women. I know it sounds like a cliché, but reading, talking about books and drinking the odd gin and tonic with my crew is completely restorative.

My partner and I have just renovated our house and let me tell you, it was like having another full time job (also who knew toilets were so expensive??) We were beyond excited to move into our forever home. *Cue me never working from the office again!*
